We’ll create a fun, immersive sensory setup tailored to a theme of your choice. From delivering and setting up, to packing it all down afterward, we handle every detail — leaving you free to enjoy the event.

Package Inclusions:

Playdough Activity:
The package includes a foldable low timber table, playdough made to your choice of colour, timber playdough mats, themed eco-friendly cutters, eco glitter, and timber playdough rollers.

Arbour:
A timber structure above the playdough table, adorned with beautiful bunting that suits your chosen theme.

Large Tuff Tray on Timber Stand:
A tray filled with either ice play or a dried scooping and pouring activity, depending on your preference.

Beige Floor Tuff Tray:
Coloured coconut or dried ingredient, offering a rich sensory experience for little hands.

Potion Table:
A timber table with tubs for potion mixing, complete with all necessary potion ingredients and tools such as coloured fizz, vinegar, squeezable bottles, eco glitter, scoops, and bowls.

Large Circle Mat:
Filled with musical instruments, silks, dress-ups (such as wings or dino tails), and natural timber toys for imaginative play.

Timber Number
An ornament to celebrate your child's age on their special day.

Delivery, Set Up, and Pack Down:
All items are delivered, set up, and packed down at a location and time of your choice, ensuring a stress-free experience for you.

Choice of theme:
Dinosaur, floral, ocean, wild one, fairy, digger, mermaid. Head to our instagram @calm.play.sensory to see examples of themes.

We recommend a two-hour session, as sensory play can become quite messy after this time. After two hours, we will return to your location to pack everything up. If you'd like to request an extension, please let us know in advance and we can update our quotation accordingly.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

  • Submitting an enquiry form does not confirm your preferred party date. Your booking will be confirmed once you have received a quote, paid the deposit, and received a confirmation email.

  • Full payment is required no later than 48 hours before the event to secure your booking.

  • Parties and events can be hosted in your backyard or at a local park.

  • If booking a community hall, please reserve the space for a minimum of 4 hours to accommodate setup and pack down.

  • We require around 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for pack down.
