Supervision Policy:

Please be advised this is a parent supervised activity, each parent is responsible for their child/children, small loose parts and water play may be present. Upon booking you will sign a waiver form that states your responsibility of your child during play sessions.

Allergy/Anaphylaxis Policy:

Please advise us prior to your session if your child has any Allergies/ Anaphylaxis to particular ingredients and we will do our best to cater for this (Please note we cannot guarantee traces of products). 

Cancellation policy:
Due to the costs of materials and other fees, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations. If you're paying per term, you may join a makeup lesson on another day of the week. Alternatively, you can transfer your spot to someone else. If your session is cancelled by Calm Play Sensory, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to discuss compensation for the cancellation. Please email calmplaysensory@gmail.com for any name changes related to your booking.

Publicity/ Photography/ Social media:

Please use your camera with caution, respect that other parents/carers may not want their child in your picture. Asking before taking a photo is a great way to make sure.

We will take photos and short videos during sessions with your consent. Photo and video content may be used for our website or social media accounts. If you do not wish to have yours or your child’s picture taken please let us know at booking or in person. (Photos used in accordance with our terms and conditions).
